Remote Support Service Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by clicking “Remote Support,” you consent to remote access to your computer and acknowledge that, while USA Technology Center, LLC will use reasonable skill and due care in providing remote support services, it is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, corruption, destruction, or loss of use of electronic data, system downtime, loss of access, or inadvertent damage to systems or configurations, arising out of or related to the remote support services. You are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to service.
This agreement applies to all remote support services unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
